Papa Johns is the best pizza hands down! My order is always correct and ready fast! I was greeted by a fellow Dallas Cowboys fan when I entered and he complimented my shirt! He gave me like 15 extra hot peppers when I only ordered 5 and took the time to make small talk about the Cowboys while he was double checking to make sure I had everything in my order correct. It was fast efficient customer service with a smile and as always the pizza and cheesesticks were delicious!

I have tried other Papa John’s and never had a problem. Till now. No cheese at all near the crust. Like they were running short or something. Also, whomever cut the pizza needs help. Some pieces were 6 inch slices and others were 2 1/2 inch slices. Don’t believe will be going back to this particular establishment.

Ordered online, received the wrong pizza first, so I called the store and they were more then happy to send the correct pizza to me, even let me keep the wrong one they delivered first. Food was hot and adequately topped and crust was done, only issue I would recommend, other then make sure they deliver the correct order to the correct person, is to cut the pizza a lil better. Had to get a knife to finish cutting most of the pizza. But I appreciate the way they handled the mess up in delivery, fast and polite.

Refused to honor a coupon for delivery & were extremely rude about it. I said ” if it was for carry out only wouldnt it state that?” The girl said “I dont know what to tell you” … decided to place the order for carry out anyway, and the pizza was decent but 2as super skimpy on toppings. I’ve always been a papa John’s girl… but this location (both in quality & customer service) is seriously lacking… and sending me to Dominos.

Order a double pepperoni. Got the pizza and they gave me a double pepperoni ring around my pizza and left the middle blank?? Called, asked, was told there is a “no topping zone” policy at poppa johns??? I pushed back, saying I have order before at this location, and also in other states. Was told by both managers on duty not to tell them how to do there job, and was hung up on. Called back and was repeatedly pushed to the hold recording. Smh…never in all my years ordering poppa johns have I ever heard anything so ridiculous!?! Horrible!!
