We have been coming to this Hardee’s the last couple years almost every morning before work and have never had an issue. More recently we have been coming and the lady with the nose piercing has been absolutely down right rude and disgusting with us. We never had these issues when patty worked there. We will be taking our money elsewhere from here on out. What a shame.

I’ve been going to Hardee’s for a long time and I will have to say their food quality is very good. In these troubling times of finding good help I feel sorry for the workers that are overwhelmed with having to do three people’s jobs. However, the Hardee’s on Brambleton did a good job. BTW, my wife did not want cheese because of a health issue and you are charged anyway…No choice for a burger without cheese is wrong!

Made my order wrong. Asked for Egg and sausage platter and got breakfast platter that equates to egg and sausage biscuit that was unassembled with added gravy that cost 3x as much as the biscuit sandwich would have !!!

This is the worst Hardee’s in Roanoke. I wish I lived near a different one. Staff will keep the lobby locked even though the sign will say lobby is open. Staff will also quit taking orders when the line is long just until enough people leave the line. I’ve gone there in the middle of lunch, seen staff in there working and they will tell me they are closed. I haven’t successfully gotten food from this Hardee’s in over a year. Staff is lazy. I don’t know how this place is in business. Today was my last time giving them a chance. I pulled up, 6-8 cars in line. Not one order was taken- 4 cars including myself left, when I pulled to the front of the building the staff was just standing around talking.

Stopped by Hardee’s on Brambleton to get a medium sweet tea, which has been 1.00. Guy handed me a cup and said $1.37. I looked at him n said what ? The medium cup was the size of a small. I was like WTH ? Besides that, the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. Halfway home I dumped it. Yuk.

It’s a shame that this place has sunk so low. Don’t misunderstand, the food is good and employees are polite. However, management needs to make some serious attitude adjustments and make the employees keep the door open. You will often find the doors locked during breakfast and some fill in the blank excuse being plastered on the door. Two people is the minimum necessary so stop locking the doors. The managers are totally at fault. Hey managers, let me help you out with a little advice. Every manager at this location should be required to show up at 5 am and work as long as necessary until you find the help you need or train your employees how to work. If you need additional training yourselves, go to the Brambleton store and watch them for 5 minutes. You will see what you need to work towards in your employees.
