Barely a line but took about 20 mins to checkout. Such poor process with one register and cashier getting drinks and checking out while 2 other staff seemingly standing around doing nothing.

Update: I lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star after what I saw today. I witnessed their staff allow a customer to return the top half of a slice of pizza to reheat it in their conveyor belt warmer. This customer brought the half slice from her table in the food court and handed it back to them over the counter. Kyle took the half slice of pizza and put it in the conveyor belt warmer (the same one they use to reheat every customer’s new slice of pizza). Another staff member (bleached blond haired female) removed it once it was reheated using the same spatula used for all other customer’s and returned it to the customer’s plate and handed it back to her. This was a half eaten slice of pizza off a customer’s plate, put back through their warmer and touching all their equipment used to serve new customer’s. Major food handling violation! Extremely unsafe and hazardous. Clearly uneducated staff.

The pizza was good at best. Definitely nothing to write home about, and pricey for what it was. The spaghetti was a hard miss. There was so much water on the noodles that non of the sauce was able to stick to the pasta. There was a big soupy mess in the bottom of my container.

I would advise not ordering from this overpriced/mall quality pizza establishment. First time I door dashed this place they sent me one slice of pizza instead of two. When I called they the simply said “we misread the screen and would have to contact door dash for any further complaints.” I figured I would give it one more chance today and placed an order for two slices of pizza. The establishment opens at 11am so I placed my order for my lunch break at work which was around 11:50am. When I got my order it was obviously pizza that was made when they opened at 11am. The pizza was dry and cold, the box was thoroughly soaked with grease and flat as a pancake. This is the last time I will waste $20 on less than average pizza. Will order from somewhere more reputable or buy frozen pizza.

Service was quick, pizza was good. A bit on the greasy side but worth it.

Very friendly staff. My son is 3 1/2 and they were super sweet to him. One of the women working there even gave him a cookie! The pizza was good too. Keep up the good work.

The guy taking my order was unnecessarily rude. I’m so sorry my slice of cheese wrecked your day. Be better, my guy. I understand bad days, but if you’re going to work in a customer service environment, try acting like a decent human being and not like your customers are an inconvenience.

I’m not sure who you general manager is that you had working on 7/25/2022 but she needs so more training. If I’m telling you I didn’t get something with my order that is clearly stated on “your” doordash” menu. The response should be more than take that up with doordash

The mall had just opened and I’d ask the manager of the store for a pepperoni pizza and he told me he had to make a fresh one when are you just taking one out of the said he had to sell that specific pizza by the slice and had to make me a fresh one and I told him I didn’t have time for that and he said well sorry I’m not doing that. So he chose to lose the sale
