Only good to say about this location…so the comments in this review do NOT pertain to the Hull location. I’m using this to “voice” my complaint about how Pizza Ranch accommodates online purchases. Ordering online has gone down hill. For example, I used to be able to use gift cards online. It seems that “Deals” do not work often online. There was one point where I attempted to order online and the credit card interface appeared to be a hacked in iframe from someone else. I don’t know that I can clearly define what I’ve observed but it seems to be a degrading service and there isn’t just one point in time where it became bad. I have chosen to order over the phone…and have no complaints about that but come on…you can do SO MUCH BETTER

I usually order to pick up and I take it home when I get home thats when I get disappointed cuz there’s always something wrong with my food eather a bug or a extra ingredient I didn’t ask for or order confusion besides that it pretty good for the most part

We arrived at 5:05 pm there were 6 people in the restaurant so it was not busy. We brought 4 so 10 people total. There were no pizzas out so we started with salad bar to hold us over. The chicken was undercooked and so was the pizza once actually brought just two. The line piled up the phone never stopped ringing and we almost told the party walking in to not bother as we were leaving.

The cashier was silent, he didn’t say a word. Very strange! Other than that it’s your average Pizza Ranch. Salad fixings were fresh. I noticed the chicken had far less salt on it than other Pizza Ranches so it tasted a little different. Still good though!

My mom and I have had bad experiences with this location. My mom and I would get the same thing every time. One employee tried to tell my mom that she was incorrect on what we ordered and tried to have us pay for the mess up. We ordered chicken fries and mashed potatoes. Then they charged us for chicken on the bone which we didn’t order so we had to tell them to fix the ticket. They were snotty but they did it. Employees could use some customer service classes honestly!

The food was terrible the chicken breading wasn’t good the pizza dough seemed undercooked and tasted terrible the wedges were just crunchy and not soft and to top it off I got food poisoning

We did a community impact night for our after school program, and Jennifer and staff did a very nice job. We had great attendance, and they kept the buffet filled very well. They gave us good directions on what to do, and it was a successful evening.
