Order was wrong. When I went back to pick the other pizza up thru drive thru. The lady just ignored me, even after I honked the horn several times. I waited almost 15 minutes before she acknowledged me then another 25 for the pizza. Rude employee working that couldn’t have cared less about orders or how she represents Pizza Hut.

My order was estimated to be delivered in 21-31 min. It took 1 hrs and a half for it to arrive! It was cold both wings and pizza! Manager refused to give me credit which is ridiculous on their part bc I felt like deserved my pizza to be remade. The lady who delivered my pizza also called me while she was supposed to be on her way but was in a whole different location then me. Now tell me how professional pizza hut is again? Trash!! Will be taking my business to dominoes from now on.

I paid a lot of money for 6 wings. Almost $2 a wing.. How on earth do you screw that up and only put me 5? That’s not all I bought. But it really upsets me when I pay for 6 almost $2 a wing and I only get 5.. that is very irresponsible. The pan pizza that I ordered was also more like hand tossed. And I paid extra for 3 total toppings. So why would you put one pepperoni per slice. That is just ridiculous. And the pizza was soggy. I usually order in Mathis, Beeville, and Kenedy and never have any issues. But Ingleside Pizza Hut today was not good at all. A 100% cannot stand when you don’t get what you pay for. That is just ridiculous.
