I suggest going to the Jimmy John’s on Euclid avenue or Redding road, both always do a great job. Attached is a picture of the zero effort club Lulu and cup of ice with a splash of diet Coke. Kind of irritating but funny at the same time.

If I could give a zero star I would. We had two members of this team that were rude to us. We came from Texas and visited Lexington. (Both follow Kentuckians) This establishment gave Kentucky a horrible name. Will NOT be going here ever again and have permanently lost our business.. If you’re a manager please contact me. I would love to speak to you about your absolutely awful experience from both of your extensively unprofessional employees. We came in on our wedding day and were treated with nothing but disrespect. When we come visit out “home” we expect to be treated with southern charm. It was the opposite at this horrendous establishment. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Crude is an understatement for your employees.

Normally don’t have many issues with this establishment, but my experience today is unacceptable. Received my sandwich with two onions and missing tomatoes and pesto. Called and spoke to the manager who was rude and said that I left everything else off (I left off Salami, Mayo and oil). There should have been tomatoes, pesto and more than 2 onions. I asked where the tomatoes were and she said she would send out another sandwich. No, apology or anything. Got the new sandwich and this time is was still missing stuff. I’m done.

I purchased a bootlegger extra pickles a repeat order on Friday afternoon so I can take to work! When I started eating the sandwich I noticed there wasn’t any pickles on it nor was it cut in half like I specified on the order. So I decided to call, and reached Shalonda who was very rude, and according to her there’s a time frame that you have to eat your sandwich. Because I was upset about it being without pickles she said because it was 4 hours later that there’s nothing she could do! Then hung up in my face. Is this how you guys treat your loyal customers over some pickles?
