Megan and Sam are too tier. They were the only workers on Sunday and they were killing it! No matter how busy Megan always responded so kind and had a you first mindset. I have a keen ability to recognize talent when I see it and the ability to recognize when employees work with a since of ownership and I know Burger King does too! Hopefully me calling out the continuous output I’ve seen from Sam and Megan gets them something more than a good work. Invest in your people and show them you care about them. Employees will work for a what but they will truly give their lives for a why and someone who cares and recognizes them. Truly impressive Megan and Sam.
