This location has declined a bit lately, but honestly I feel that is Chipotle as a whole. The staff is friendly but the food is declining. The dining room has always been clean and it is a comfortable layout. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Chipotle and a typical experience.

This location used to be ran so well. The food still tastes pretty decent, but most of the workers act like they’re miserable, which I get work sucks, but we all been there. Had a situation the other day where some short Hispanic girl was so rude for no reason, she was even mean to her coworker who was like a younger kid who was actually pretty nice while he was helping me.

I have always loved Chipotle, and have left positive reviews before for them. This time won’t be one of them, unfortunately I found a sticker in my food still attached to the “fajita mix” bell pepper while eating my dinner. So I’m not sure if they actually take time to wash the veggies before cooking them, either way it just kinda grosses me out. I’ve tried 3 times to call the restaurant back, but only received automated responses. I live too far away to travel back tonight, but I will be returning in the morning to speak to someone in person.

I don’t frequent chipotle anymore because it’s honestly underwhelming most of the time! This particular location is not great. My husband went tonight and got me a sofritas bowl! I wanted queso but they had only what they could scrape out and it had a lot of meat mixed in! I don’t eat meat! Yet they decided to slop it on top of my bowl. I ended up eating the rice and what didn’t touch it and my husband ended up eating the rest. This location is open until 10 and they got smart with my husband when he asked if they were making any more tonight. For the price I’ll just go elsewhere or try one of the many other locations we have in the area because this location is seriously lacking! Keep in mind this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had!

Came to get order at 8:50, wasn’t ready or even being prepared. Said it was complete at 8:30. Found out after I got my food that my chips weren’t in the bag. Staff didn’t tell me they were out until I asked about them. Instead of issuing a refund was given 800 number to call. No apologies. Poor service.

If you have the opportunity go to a different Chipotle. This one is right by my house and everytime I go they are missing something. They close their dinning hall around 7:45, even though it says nothing on their website (honestly I’ve never seen a manager at this location passed 7 they probably don’t want to work), several employees are short and rude. I’ve seen several people get in verbal altercations with them.
