ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a mcrispy regular and a large fry. As you can see my fries were clearly burnt waited 15 mins and the whole time my food was bagged up and thrown to the side. The workers attitudes were absolutely grotesque. They were very belligerent and their tone was extremely annoyed. 0/10 would never eat again. PS I saw rat traps In various areas of the store and one of them contained a baby rat.

Worst customer service experience of any McDonald’s I have ever visited. Cashier came up and did not speak a word to me. I had to ask her if she was there to take my order. She grunted something unintelligible. I stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No thank you. No nothing. Maybe if they added a little bit more diverse set of employees their customer service level would rise above the worst to just bad. Horrible group of people.

I stopped by the drive thru to get a large tea. Mcdonald’s (especially this location) usually has excellent tea, but it was sour! I had to trash it. This was after I got sour tea from there last week. I have gotten tea from here for years & I have never had this experience before. I am giving 4 stars, because the service was exceptional, the girls at both windows greeted me with a smile, asked how I was & wished me a good day! This store/location is clearly working on their customer service level & this makes me so happy, it does not cost a thing to be nice & we can certainly use more kindness in this world.
