The level of service we experienced was exceptionally poor, leaving us puzzled about the underlying reasons. Perhaps the establishment requires a more personalized approach. Regrettably, our order took well over 45 minutes to be prepared and served. To make matters worse, the beverages we received were consistently incorrect, suggesting a lack of attention to detail. The employees appeared to be going about their tasks with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm, both for their job and for attending to the customers. Given these disappointing experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others. We leave the place without eat.

Idk if it’s just us but whenever my husband and I bring our three daughters (9 3& 3) out to eat it’s always something. Once we went to a chilis and I literally thought we were being punked bc of how blatantly rude and all around terrible the service was there. And we are not Karen’s, my husband wouldn’t even send his food back if the order was completely wrong! But it’s gotten us so discouraged that we rarely eat out anymore. We tried our luck last Friday @ cheddars bc we were like a half hour from home and the kids were starving. The restaurant itself is really nice. And clean. My kids loved the giant fish tank! It’s absolutely kid friendly but also has a bar walled off at the end of the restaurant which also looked really great to grab a drink. We were greeted by a very nice waitress, who ended up taking our drink and entire food order. After waiting ten plus min without drinks we thought here we go. But that’s when they came out with absolutely everything! Drinks( which she refilled regularly) all our food, and even warm croissants! We were very pleasantly surprised! The portions were very large too! And everything was really good! The kids meals are only $5 and include drinks! We’ll absolutely be heading back here! Don’t forget to tip your servers!!

I would not give this place any stars what so ever. I ordered to go meals for my family for my daughter birthday. Requested curbside for a specific time ended up waiting in my car for almost 20 min just to discover all of my order was not there. Had to go inside after calling into the restaurant letting them know that they forgot an item an and they said someone will be right out. Well nope I had to go inside to get that, once I started plating the food to discover I was missing a side from my vegetable plate. The food was disgusting, it was cold, over cooked as if it had been leftover and reheated. I also ordered burgers and they put on an old brown piece of lettuce on the burger, the fries was stale and hard no flavor or seasoning. The mashed potatoes was literally brown very disappointed that I wasted my money for the store not to even apologize after I reached out to their customer service. Although we was starving we couldn’t even finish eating this food

Very neat atmosphere with this huge aquarium and very interesting fan above. Our waitress was awesome! I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich and baby carrots. The carrots had sugar in them and the sandwich I couldn’t eat it because it was too greasy so she took it back and asked what else I wanted, so I got a salad. It was delicious! She even subtracted the sandwich from our bill!

Had a great time eating delicious food. Service was great… got to catch up with my ppl in a dope environment. I loved the appetizer the spinach dip… the veggie platter was perfect. I got full fast. Pork is in some side items so that kills the vibes for veggie options… but overall good time.

We went in and place looked nice. We got to the booth and it was disgusting. Food everywhere and stains on the seats. We looked at the menu and everything looked good. By this point no waiter has come by our table to serve drinks or even ask questions. After 10-25 minutes of waiting, no waiter has come by our section of where we were sitting. To be honest I don’t even think I ever saw a waiter besides the person that seated us. Shortly after realizing we weren’t going to be served soon we got up and left.

Wow! First time I’ve been here and the food was amazing. Best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Very good home-style cooking and the decor is grand! They bring warm croissants with honey butter as an appetizer
