The restaurant is clean and minimalistic. The staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonably. Porkchop was huge, well breaded and cooked perfectly. Collards were sweet and cooked well. Macaroni and cheese was very good. Gravy on the fries was stout and really good. Will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

We called in for an order to go. Great specials at a great price. We got pork chops, fried chicken and a chicken salad. All the food was wonderful. Topped it off with strawberry cake, yum! Check them out!

Definitely not a fancy place but what’s lacking on fancy decor is put into the food and southern hospitality. Burgers are very good and there is always something worth trying on the chalk board of specials. Save room for dessert!

Papa’s Kitchen isn’t fancy, but the owner and staff are both really nice. They have a menu with burgers, po boys, chicken fingers, etc, plus they have various specials each day. I like the fact that they are willing to try new things occasionally. Today I had a “Country Fried Steak Melt” sandwich and Okra. I have never had that before, but it was really good. Their breakfast food is also good.
