We ate a late lunch so there were not many customers. We had a party of 4 and chose to sit outside. Two negatives: 1) The table we sat at was very sticky. 2) There was a lot of smoke coming from a customer seated near us. Besides those issues, the rest of the experience was very positive. The server was friendly and attentive. We started with their Titan pretzel, which was delicious. The meals we ordered were delivered quickly and were also very good. The other three in my party rated their meal an 7 or 8 out 10. I ordered the flaming hot burger and fries and would rate my meal a 9 out of 10. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Bison Street is a favorite of our families (4 couples and mom). Over the last year we’ve had either poor service or subpar food and one time both underwhelming service and food. This time we had great attention until our food arrived. Food was fine. Our server never came to ask how our food was. Never refilled or checked on our drinks. We didn’t even see her anywhere in the restaurant. (We saw 2 other servers and a food runner)Then she went rushing past and said I’ll be right there, I need to take an order. She walks by again and said I’ll be right back with your check. Walks by a 3rd time “oh, I’m getting it”. We were there nearly 30 minutes after finishing our food. I have been in food service and understand staff issues (call offs, walk outs, training) But this is becoming more common than not. We really like Bison Street and Erie Street so we hope it gets better.

Our waitress was very attentive. The pickle fries were delicious but my burger not so much. I asked for well done but got a burnt burger instead. Well done just means cooked all the way through, not burnt and dry. Being this was our first time, we will try again. The atmosphere was good except for the Christmas tree still hanging from the ceiling.

It was a very long wait for pretty average food – we ordered two burgers and waited 53 minutes. The server mixed up the type of fries we wanted, but they were very quick to bring us an extra order of what we had requested at no additional charge. The facility was very nice, staff was friendly although inattentive, my water was left empty for most of our stay.

Saturday night, and all the restaurants were full, so we took a drive to Bison Street Burgers. Started off with a Titan pretzel. $16, you get a pound of pretzel, plus beer cheese for dipping. Folks, the pretzel is well worth going for! It’s a must-have !

My dad and I were in the area picking up a few things and became hungry. I looked up some burger joints and this place was the first one. We went in and sat down and we both ordered the cowboy burger with fresh cut fries. I have to say, the burger was amazing. It was thick and crusty on the ends. The fries were awesome. The service was really good as well. I would definitely come back.

Atmosphere is open and comfortable. I can only speak on the Giant Soft Pretzel…it’s called the Titan on the menu… it’s over 1lbs of soft Pretzel and served with delicious beer cheese to dip with. Very good and something very unique to the bar. Yes they have beer and alcohol drink to choose from. Everything else is decent and nice though I just visit for the Giant Pretzel (Titan soft Pretzel). If you want or need carbohydrates and like to dip soft Pretzel in cheese, this is by far the best one in this area of Ohio! It’s $15.99, used to be $10.00 before Biden… Worth to try or to try again… Last thing, Pretzel is Huge and big enough to share with everyone at you table Enjoy

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit this evening. Nice portions and prices were very reasonable! The food was pretty good too! I kept hearing about this monstrous one pound pretzel that I had to try, it didn’t disappoint it’s huge! It’s soft, served hot basically everything you’d want a pretzel to be with a side of gooey cheese. Make sure when you order this you have either a big appetite or lots of friends to share it with.
