The secret knowledge
This is one of the best pizza places I’ve ever tried in Mebane, even better than Marco’s pizza and the service is pretty descent. In Marco’s pizza they denied to give me the wifi password, but if you ask for the Wi-Fi password in Franco, they will give it to you without problems. Franco pizza and restaurant is my favorite place for Italian cuisine.

I got the Buffalo chicken pizza, it is soooooo freaking delicious all the ingredients was fresh and the house made Ranch was on point too. Mr. Franco the owner was very nice. They do offer pizza by the slice M-F 11a-2p. Either way you go you want be disappointed. Definitely my new pizza spot in Mebane NC.

Pizza is not bad but ownership needs to learn that if you don’t take care of regular local customers, you may find your business in real trouble. Do not set up an online ordering service that requires payment if you do not have full training on it for yourself or your staff. Absolutely ridiculous telling us we didn’t pay for it yet and wasting my wife’s time with her trying to call me before finally figuring out the XL $37 pizza was paid for. Worst of all!? You don’t say a simple sorry to my wife or me when I called in frustration. Enjoy the extra tip too because it will be the last. Not to mention the business you will lose from this review since people love convenience of ordering online. The online system doesn’t allow you to proceed without paying so I hope you will never make the mistake again of telling customers who ordered online they didn’t pay. For those new to area, 100% better pizza in area, see Ciao Pizza and Junction on 70, but was regular here along with family, for convenience of location, until they tried to run a double payment on us. Everyone makes mistakes. Be accountable when you make them with your customers!

I decided to stop in here for lunch today. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and it was after 1 p.m. when we arrived. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly, always checking in to make sure we have what we needed and very quick to place orders and answer questions. I had a stromboli and a drink for lunch today. The Stromboli was large, and was quite delicious but wasn’t the best I’ve had. The prices seem fair 2 may be mildly expensive, but the service and quality of the food seem to be appropriate for that. I would definitely recommend stopping in here, this is a nice restaurant and I was pleased with my visit.

I don’t typically give 5 stars, but my calzone was the best I’ve ever had. My husband thought it was pricey, 2 Stromboli, a calzone and 3 drinks was $48. They were all 3 stuffed full of “toppings.” My daughter and I could only eat 1/4 of our meal. I’m sure we’ll have some for dinner tonight and probably lunch tomorrow. Well worth every penny. Thank you.
