Such a great experience! Went last night for a birthday dinner and could not have been happier. We enjoyed a 5 course meal paired with amazing service. As each course came through, we were given a detailed walkthrough with the passion that I’ve never seen before. This experience took our night to a new level, forming a lasting desire for more, which can’t be found anywhere else in Columbus.

Aubergine is truly unique and incredible in every way possible! The delicious meals they create become artistic expressions of their talent and they are masters of their craft. Aubergine is also so much more than that. Colin has made us feel like family since our first visit. The ambiance is stunning and seeing a familiar and friendly face every time you stop by is priceless. I’ve visited with friends and family on multiple occasions and every time has been nothing shy of remarkable. We have so many fun and happy memories at Aubergine that are sure to last a lifetime. You will not find another establishment as welcoming, high quality and downright enchanting. I love having Aubergine in my life. My wife and I have known Colin (owner) for years via an introduction by none other than the great Chef Hubert and when Chef Hubert takes you under his wing, not much else needs to be said! Colin presents deep culinary passion, is a very capable sommelier, and providing exceptional guest experiences lies within his DNA… My wife and I remain repeat member/guests and have drank and dined here for at least the past 8 years. Colin and his team are as good as they come! The environment they’ve created is stunning and warm, and you can feel their passion for delicious food and drinks the moment you walk in the door. Among other delectable plates including a fabulous take on a lobster roll and a to-die-for cauliflower steak, our most recent meal featured a stellar gnocchi dish that will quite possibly make it impossible to order gnocchi anywhere else…ever again. We cannot wait for our next experience at Aubergine, and we thank Colin and his team for everything they do!

Some of the top dining experiences of my life have been at Aubergine. It’s a private membership club, and clearly not everyone reviewing it understands what that entails. Aubergine has never – in close to six years of membership – failed to deliver on a unique and exquisite dining experience. We have not only had some of the best food we’ve ever tasted, but also some of the best laughs and the most memorable nights. We have made new friends at Aubergine, and also had some of our most romantic and special solo evenings there. The current chef is nothing short of amazing with food pairings I wouldn’t even dream of that are perfect and delectable. And the owner has treated us like family since the first time we met. If you don’t know about or haven’t looked into Aubergine, I highly recommend it. It is our one and only go-to for anything from a needed respite from the week or the most special of occasions.
