Had to catch a fast breakfast to meet up with family to head to vacation. Only fast food in town. I had my regular bacon egg cheese biscuits and orange juice. Food should have been warmer if it was made fresh for me. Help was more interested in talking about the night before. Place needs a real good cleaning.

McDonald’s was empty of coumstomers. Kept neat and tidy. Trying to feed a big family on a tight budget, our cashier was very helpful and we were able to get the most for our money. She wasn’t even angry when we had to place to orders and still ended up changing one.

The Hudson michigan McDonald’s never gets an order right. Ordered a large meal an the fries came as medium, even in a medium fry holder, the receipt even says quarter pounder w cheese large fry, large drink. I mean how hard is it to read and follow what the screen says?? Then I had to argue with the cashier about the third coke I bought and the why I only got two cups. Again it said on the receipt, 3 large cokes. An what’s up with the McNuggets?? I’ve seen coins thicker then those wanna be nuggets!! Get your act together!! Come on!!

Stopped here during the big garage sale and MIS race weekend. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL! Constantly cleaning and moving around the establishment. Food was hot and correct. Even with lines out into the road they moved as a team and still found time to be polite! Great job Hudson McDonalds!!

Staff are very rude! We went to go use the restroom and order food because we had a trailer, came out of the bathroom and a lady with glasses, noise ring told us we had to leave and the lobby was closed. When we walk in the the DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED and she claimed to say she swore the door was locked and to go through the drive-thru. We told her we couldn’t cause of the trailer and she proceed to say “that’s not my problem. Do mobile order” we had said we only have cash she then said “not my problem, guess you can’t eat here.” Never coming back to that McDonald’s! I’ve gotten food poisoning from them, I’ve had mold on my food, drinks were flat, food is never made right, staff is always rude.
