From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and given a menu. Asked if we needed any help deciding or if we had any questions about the menu. The cashier was friendly. The food was served super fast. Food was fresh, the right temperature and the servous was great.

I had a fantastic dining experience here. Both the drinks & food were delicious!!! The Pomegranate Margarita with a Sugar Rim was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The Shrimp & Steak Quesadilla and Build Your Own Grilled Fish Tacos were Divine!!!! Great time…Great Vibe!!

They have lost my business. Husband came in for an interview and was told that he was the most qualified so far but they had a couple more interviews but he would get a call in 2 days to let him know if he had the job or not. After over a week of no communication my husband calls and finds out that they went with someone else and didn’t even bother to call and let him know. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He has been looking for a job for a couple of months, and thought he finally found one. Then, they do this? I will never be back.

The food was just meh. I had a chorizo burrito and it didn’t taste authentic. My wife’s bowl was also just ok and a friend who dined with us got a quesadilla which looked like something you could make at home. I expected better for a $70 bill. Despite the food, the place was packed. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was very good and friendly.

Came for lunch and everything was great until my boyfriend bit into a hard piece of plastic that was in his burrito bowl, got the young ladies attention that was on the floor refilling drinks and busting tables, showed her, she went and told the manager, then told us he was remaking the order, we didn’t want the order remade or money back. The least the manager could have done is speak with us or apologize. Shame on you for not making the effort in a business where customer service is a must.

This was my second time having Taco Mama. The first time I had a burrito from another location and I did not care for it. This time I ordered their nachos (should’ve did that my first visit). I am now proud to say, I am a fan of Taco Mama. When I visited/dined they were not busy at all, so customer service was great. I hope that their service and food is just as good at other times too. Will be back.
