Amazing flavor profile. Walked in right at the opening hour and the phone was ringing off the hook for pickup orders, I was still a seated immediately. Ordered garlic and a cheese naan to taste, followed by the chicken masala – the food was ridiculously good! I was offered a “heat” rating between 1-7, I chose 3 and I could have went to a 4, but it didn’t matter, the taste was amazing.

The service was alright, but the waitress tried to dissuade us from ordering the butter chicken. Despite that, we went ahead and ordered vegetable samosas, which turned out to be extremely spicy. When the butter chicken arrived, it didn’t resemble the usual dish. I chose a level 3 spiciness, but it was so hot that I couldn’t even eat rice without my mouth hurting. My husband, who enjoys spicy food, ordered a level 5, but he couldn’t even finish his meal. It’s worth noting that the prices on the menu didn’t match the charges on the bill due to a page mentioning increased costs and changed menu prices. However, the note about this change seemed to be intended for loyal customers, I originally thought the additional charge for each item was due to taxes but taxes were still added to the bill at the end.

If you are looking for an authentic Indian experience in Stuart, Bolly Twist is the place to go. Not only do they have exceptional food, they have friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We ordered the Lamb Chittinad and Lamb Masala and both dishes were amazing, so flavorful and fragrant. A friend of ours went to India recently, and said the chittinad is better at Bolly Twist than in India! Manjit and Deep are so kind and attentive, they ensure the food is served on warm plates which is such a nice touch. Bolly Twist has become one of our staple restaurants whenever we are in the Stuart area!

Hidden Gem in Stuart. The atmosphere is beautiful inside very welcoming. The service is top-notch and very warm and inviting. The food is absolutely delicious. My family and I went there on a Saturday when they were very busy. Everything came out perfect The service was wonderful. Even when we are packing up our to go food The owner came over and asked if we needed any more rice. Simple gestures like that tied in with everything else make this place an absolute gem. support local!!!

Very clean, the staff and owners are super friendly and knowledgeable and it is a locally owned business. Absolutely a must try! The cauliflower app is as good as most entrées. The food is fresh, and amazing! Come in, ask for a recommendation if you have never tried Indian food and go home full and satisfied.

Amazing restaurant! Serving and food was great and the interior was very welcoming. Owner was very friendly and understanding. We got 2 non-veg thalis (halal) and it had everything we wanted with excellent flavor. We also got 2 kids meals and it was extremely filling! The prices were very low as well. We went yesterday for lunch and we are driving 2 hours today just to go eat at Bolly Twist again! Must try if you are in Florida or visiting!

Service was great and prompt, restaurant and restrooms are very clean. I have not been to a lot of Indian restaurants so idk how authentic this place is but I LOVED my chicken tikka masala , the spice and heat was perfect and everything was cooked well and presented beautifully.
