Probably the worst JJ’s I’ve ever been to. My wife and I chose to eat here a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience. I ordered food for my wife and I at the register and we sat down to wait. We went to use the bathroom and while walking back I could hear the manager talking about how she “couldn’t stand old people because we ordered so slow and were too dumb to pick up our food when it was done”. She was a young lady with brown hair and was wearing a hoodie. We are an older couple and were very offended by this. Our sandwiches also had extra mustard instead of light mustard. And the bread was hard. I will not be coming back after this experience. -Ed

I ordered my food at 12pm my food didn’t arrive until 1:30pm. I had one sub that’s it. The manager said the driver “lost” my order?! How idk. The manager also offered me a refund and a cookie. I said that was fine got the refund no cookie. I asked about the cookie and they said the refund should be enough. Thank you jimmy johns Stoughton for wasting my time never again will I order from you.

I ordered a Italian night club for lunch with no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise. The bread is super hard. There is not extra mayonnaise on it and the lettuce is literally rotten!!

Felt compelled to write this review after how horrible of an experience I had the last time I was in earlier this week. I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for quite a while now. As of this year, there is a NOTICEABLE decline in quality coming out of this store. I understand that inflation and the current state of the economy definitely plays a part in this, but it seems like management is not doing what’s best for the store. The employees all seemed fatigued and annoyed with all the customers in the store, and I got skimped on my hot peppers for my #5!
