Was at the Starbucks inside Redmond today at 1:00pm. The 2 gals that were making coffee were really unfriendly. I really was taken back by their attitudes…No hello’s or smiles for their customers? I thought maybe they just returned from a funeral or something…It’s apparent they hate their job. A guy showed up as I was leaving and he was way more friendly to the customers… Just say’in.

Employees always seem to be nice coffee is never quite strong enough and I thought they had clothes for sale according to the pictures but I guess not I don’t know what’s going on I would recommend but don’t go if you want to buy clothes.

I rarely leave negative comments. Just visited to order my wife a drink as a treat since she’s been taking care of the kids all day. Didn’t even get so far as the starting line, but to notice the barista cleaning up and what looked like getting ready to close down (an hour early?) – only to hear her sigh/grunt in the displeasure that someone would come up to order a drink. I left without ordering and went across town to another Starbucks that was more than happy to help. :/

Refused to take my order because she didnt know how to make a strawberry frap and didnt know how to scan for points!! AND ON TOP OF THAT she didn’t even know how to ring my order out, they need someone who knows how to work, but long story short I couldn’t get anything! Absolutely the worst service

I went an hour before they closed. I asked the girl if they were open and she didn’t even acknowledge me and just answered yeah. Then I asked her for my drink and she started complaining about how busy she was and that she had to close soon and still clean. I let her know she still had an hour before closing though unless they were closing early and she said she knew but still. Still what? Sheesh! She went on and on about this whole thing. I didn’t want to be rude to her so I just stood there and listened with no response and she still continued to complain. It was hard for me to enjoy my drink after that whole thing.

The whip topping was sitting out and not “set” looking like chunky vomit. Because of that the barista start bashing the other employees. Just came for a drink not to get sick or watch you disrespect your coworker. I’m sure she was embarrassed you did that in front of your customers.
