The delivery app. Doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize the housing community that is across the street. It is the location that we are supposed to order from and the Domino’s is .5 miles from our home. We can’t order delivery. We have to order online and then call the store and have it switched to delivery, and get charged a second charge for delivery. It is so frustrating. No one at the store cares or does anything about it. Tonight I drove to the store to pick up my order and they lost the order I already paid for. Something needs to be done to fix the issues at the Candela’s location.

Today… Another swing, another miss. Cheese it up? Yes, please! Is there a national shortage on cheese we’re not aware of? In spite of ordering extra cheese, today’s creation came with maybe half the normal cheese or light cheese at best. We gave it another go, but all the other comments from 8 months ago still stand. Fail.

I thought I would try the new Domino’s location in the area. 30 minutes after the pizza should have been delivered I called to check on the order and was informed it would be an additional 90 minutes making a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes past the time I ordered. Store should have been contacting customers to alert them they may want to change plans for dinner. Glad to have Marco’s Pizza nearby that had a fast delivery that was more affordable.

I live within 3 miles from this domino’s in Leyden Rock and online says I’m not with in delivery. I called and was told we are within delivery limit and issue is on their website…yet they wouldn’t honor the online discount. Not my fault their website doesn’t work. Take your business to Bluegrass if you need to pickup…way better pizza. Its unfortunate we can’t get the benefit of delivery because of website issues they won’t fix.
