I grew up in Alaska and have eaten salmon my whole life. I can tell you now that I have eaten the tasty fish in almost every way possible, and even some ways you wouldn’t even imagine. I moved to Eugene with little hope that I would come across a place that served up the soft, tasty meal in any way compared to the deliciousness that I have already experienced. Masa’s Yayai has exceeded my expectations! This place has the best Salmon dishes I have ever tasted from a food cart! Fresh, savory, and delicious in every way. Just how grandma would make it!
