We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Will not return, don’t waste your money. To start, you place your order with a computer not a human. The human at the window rude, and couldn’t care less about her job. Bread so stale it broke when I bit it. Cold burger, chicken old and thin can’t even eat it. 100% the worst I have been and I ate at the Babcock location in Palm Bay….

There was no human on the drive-through speaker, just a program used to write your order down which makes the whole experience 100% more awkward. It’s not even programmed well to say things like “will that be all?” Or even repeat back what you ordered so you’re unsure if it managed to catch everything you said. Once we got to the window we double checked with the person attending and sure enough the fries were not added to the list of things we ordered. The people seemed bothered by the fact that I had them add the extra fry to the order that the window robot was unable to catch. When we got our food, the fries were soggy and obviously refried like twice at least. They were super awful quality and greasy as grease can be. The chicken had mushrooms mixed in and all of it was honestly just poor quality compared to the usual checkers I grab food from. I was in the area here because my cat was at the emergency vet down the road and I hadn’t had dinner. So while she was in surgery I grabbed a bite to eat and this was the worst choice I could’ve made. My cat made it out of surgery okay though for those wondering.

Great service and food .. my group all hate the automated order service..give us a real person please. Also we ate outside and we wanted to use your bathroom but we were told it was out of service. That was another reason we stopped there so we could use the restroom before our ride back to Polk County.

Used Mobile ordering and when they got home, we were missing our 2 count large fries and a drink. The drinks we got were flat! The whole reason we ordered from there was to get fries!

The workers were curtious and apologetic for taking a long time and three different asks at window, “what’d you order? ” we got our food which was just ok. They need to change to oil in the fry machine. Disappointed. Well go to Wawa next time.

Had never been and wanted to since being in Vero. Went and while trying to order had a guy on intercom in the back ground making noises on purpose. Just ordered a burger to reduce time at the kiosk. At window ordered a couple of chili dogs but nonsense continued at window showing me I wasn’t a part of the fun, I was it, ridicule! Not decent young men having fun with customers but rude Fellows making fun of customers. So in addendum the food as far as fast food was actually pretty good. I did go back and a girl was working the window with the same guys behind her, cooking. She was fine and the food was again quite decent for (again) fast food. Seems like maybe fresh beef rather than frozen. Either way, pretty good.
