I ordered a foot long chili cheese coney deal with a lemon berry slush. I was given a hot dog with no chili at all and a drink that was full of ice??…. If I wanted a lemonade with strawberry I would have asked for that. If I wanted just a foot long hot dog with just mustard I would have asked for that. Unfortunately I drove all the way home in north padre before realizing what I got. I’m a local and I will not be returning to this location.

Place looks great!… but the saying your on island time should not mean waiting 20 plus mins to order when there is only 4 other cars parked In the stalls. 11 cars went through the drive through before we were able to order. Had multiple issues as far as customer service goes. Food was not bagged properly. Bags and containers were soaked in grease. Tots were covered in grease but cold. Bags riped when they were handed to us. One bag was completely smashed and crumpled up. Tried to adress concerns with manager but got nothing but excuses and attitude. They basically told us that when they are busy, how we were treated and how our food was handled was acceptable procedure.

Ngl I’m going to be petty. I didn’t get a cherry or a lime in my cherry limeade and that made me sad. The service was okay. Could have been a little better, staff was just a little awkward but that’s normal. tater tots were under cooked could of used 20 more seconds in the fryer. And the ched r peppers could have been cooked longer too. Other than that everything came out perfect.

Order was wrong, service was soooooo slow and the employees were SO RUDE. We were nothing but smiles and please and thank yous, and they were acting like they hated us from the start. That was the worst part. Absolutely terrible service, extremely unfriendly and ready to get you the “you know what” out of there. Never again. I don’t care how few restaurants are open late. We won’t be there.

Service was decent, prices are through the roof. Ordered a large and Route 44 Diet cherry limeade. Price for both was over $8. I thought we had ordered something extra by accident. I had the kid double check and he stated the Route 44 was around $4.50. Folks I’m not that desperate to have Sonic drinks in Port Aransas. One and done, I’ll never go back

I don’t know how they operate…. but almost sure they got some pre prep food under a warmer. But i asked them to add mayo on my chilli cheese coney and they said they couldn’t do that. They could give me some mayo packet. Chinchi with the chili and cheese. I mean it literally looked like they smeared the chili on coney and added some liquid cheese. and gave me like four mayo packets. I will not go back to sonic.

We get back to hotel and find out a burger is missing from the order, fries were cold and looked to be cooked in old grease. Drinks had no ice. Worst sonic I’ve been too so far. Save your money!
