The ribs were really dry and tough. I must have caught them on a bad day because the food that day was not good. I remember how barbecue use to actually be smothered in barbecue sauce and it would be everywhere. I ended up adding my own sauce once I got home. I ordered a 3-meat plate (chicken, ribs, sausage) and I got a good amount of food but not $34 worth. The sausage was dry and had a funny taste kinda like a few days old taste; same thing with the mac ‘n cheese… tasted slightly spoiled. I didn’t like the potato salad either. I felt like the potatoes weren’t thoroughly cooked. The beans were about the only thing I did enjoy. Overall not good. I may give them another try but not for a very long time.

I keep coming back because the food is good. The service however is awful . Each time I have gone the same lady at the window doesn’t greet you and acts like you are annoying her by being there . She needs to learn some social / interpersonal skills .

First time going, customer service is trash and waited there for over 45 min just for her to tell me that their microwave isn’t working. Also is over priced 20 bucks for bake potatoe come on now.

I had the sausage , brisket and ribs platter . It was excellent and the beans and potatoe salad were also tasty . Huge servings . The area is slightly sketchy but fine for pick up .

I liked their food for the most part. Great portions. There sausage was different from any that I’ve ever had. It was delicious. The chicken just melted in your mouth almost, which was great. They had a lot of sauce on the chicken, and I didn’t seem necessary.
