This Pizza Hut was a complete failure. I made an online order for delivery for $100 and an hour later still no pizza. I called to check what was happening and I was told it was a carry out order. Won’t be shopping here anymore. This was pathetic service at best.

The food here has been in steady decline for a while. The ingredients are sub par. I don’t like getting gristle in my ham on a Hawaiian Pizza. Over baked, just plain horrible pizza. I’d rather have frozen pizza. 2 medium pizzas from the hut $35. No specialty pizza. Just off the menu. $35 flippin dollars.

The new Melt was not even close to the photo. The cheese was so much less than expected. The thing was. Made with thin crust and was so crunchy it hurt to eat it. The filling was dry due to lack of cheese. Just a bit more cheese to show itself would work wonders .

I have ordered here before with no issues, but today was not acceptable. I placed an order online for carry out, and when I checked the food, I was very disappointed. Breadsticks had no seasoning like they usually do. They were straight plain sticks. When I questioned the gentleman, he stated they ran out of seasoning for them. I said ok, but I am also missing an order because I ordered 2 with marinara. He proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any more sauce and he could do the breadsticks, but they would be plain. I said well I don’t even want them if they are plain. Can you take them back and not charge me. He then called over a lady . The lady walked from the back of the kitchen and had a DOG in her hands! I was shocked and said why do you have a Dog in a kitchen where people prep and cook other peoples food?? She didn’t answer why she had a dog, but magically, they had seasoning for the breadsticks and marinara sauce. At this point, I didn’t even want any of it. Lady again would not acknowledge why a dog was in a pizza hut kitchen and just walked out and sat in her vehicle. One gentleman inside was apologetic for what took place. I feel like they just didn’t want to fix the mistake that was made. I can get over a wrong order, but the thought of a lady holding a dog where food is being prepared just put me on edge. I love dogs, but I would never make other people’s food while holding one.

Ordered 2 med hand tossed pizzas online and was disappointed when i got them. They we’re flat and chewy. Not what usually receive. Couldn’t eat either one at all. Had to spend more money to get something else to eat. Very disappointed.
