Just went in to pick up an online order I placed 30 minutes ago and there is two teenage girls sitting on their phones. My fiancé asked if they had a mobile order ready and the girls looked at each other dumbfounded. They get up and come to the counter looking at the receipts. They then look at each other and LAUGH saying they didn’t notice they had an order. I’m sticking with lake Charles roly poly for sure.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have ordered from here three separate times. Every single time the order was not prepared on time or properly. This last occasion I placed my order at 440pm, was told it would be ready at 5pm, arrived at 515pm and the idiots had not even started preparing it. Terrible service, work ethic, and management.
