On the way home from a long drive we decided to order pizza at Antonio’s. We picked up the pizza and brought it home. We were utterly shocked when we opened the box. The pizza was deeply charred and black all over. I don’t know if blackened pizza is a thing, but the pizza we were given would certainly qualify as one. The crust was like tree bark after a forest fire in color and texture. The cheese was like hard plastic with all the milk solids burnt hard and ashy and the butter fat all separated out of the cheese. The spinach was charred to flaky black ash. It was almost 7:00 pm and this was our first food for the day. We were tired and very hungry so we pushed past our shock and attempted to eat some of this culinary disaster, but it was just too awful. $21.49 for a charred disc unfit for human consumption. We would have been entirely content with a mediocre product but this was truly horrible. We called the restaurant to see if we could swap the remains out for a replacement, but we were blown off by the management. I won’t be surprised if I read in the Gazette of this business being run out of town by an angry mob. I hope the end is near, as it would be great to have a decent eatery at their location.

Never had an issue with the food. Except the wings, I never liked pizza shop wings though. Pizza is fantastic but super expensive. Like, for me anyway, prohibitively expensive. Salad is delicious and their homemade dressing is if you like legit Italian dressing. Always liked the food just can’t buy it much.

Our new favorite pizza shop! Love the old world pepperoni with extra cheese We got the Cugino Pizza and 2 broasted chicken breasts and it was delicious definitely going back soon for the chicken it’s the best around.

I had pizza delivered, they left the pizza on step never rang doorbell it was about 30after my husband came home and found pizza on our front porch. Called and complained asked for money back manager was very very rude. Wouldn’t refund our money, the pizza was soggy and cold. Tried to contact higher ups no one returned my call/email. Horrible pizza and the worst customer service.

You need to have an IT guy come out and re do your stores network. It has been 2 years of network issues denying payments or freezing up on the website. Super frustrating for employees having to deal with it and the customers having the issues.

Hello foodies is a Steven the food guy here here today you took my mother here my beautiful mother and we went here and she got a salad what I how you recommend 2 times the extra chicken causes causes $2 each time so it’s not bad $4 for extra extra chicken I’m gonna said she would give it A9I on all the hand I would give it A93 as well I ordered Buffalo chicken pizza . The crust is outstanding you get 8 slices in a medium. Yes you can’t eat inside just gotta get user imagination though I’ve got 2 tables connected together. The sauce they put on a Buffalo wing or Buffalo chicken pizza is outstanding as well how do you recommend this place and definitely would come back for all my food and groups out there there did I mention how good the crust is

Pizza was not fully cooked, Antonio’s used to be my Favorite pizza years ago at the Parma town location, however since they have expanded the food has gone downhill in my opinion.
