Marcos pizza usually hits pretty well. This location is not it, I had little cheese on my pizza. On the second pic, I ate half of the slice that had cheese, and the rest as you can see is just sauce. Most of the pieces were very similar. I won’t be doing business with this location anymore. Wasted 50 bucks tonight..

My poor daughter came home in tears after Dev the manager was so incredibly rude to her. We even heard his conversation on speaker and he gets his jollys being mean to teenage girls. Real horrible guy. Our daughter is so sweet and was really excited about her first job. He is a horrible guy, and is giving the Marcos franchise a bad name. I will be contacting corporate about him.

I have had Marcos at other locations and its always been excellent, but the location in Bethlehem, needs a lot of work. I’ve ordered a few times. About 2 months ago, I ordered Pizza, wings, salad, Pizza was good, Wings-under cooked, sauce was just poured on top of them, chef salad, i didn’t get the correct size i paid for. Just recently, I ordered Pizza and Salad. Pizza, well called for extra pepperoni, i think i had like 15 pieces on the whole pizza, the chef salad, actually got the correct size, but lettuce was welted, brown, there was no ham or turkey, i had like a half a slice of cheese cut up, everything was stale, old, and really should have been thrown out, not sold to a customer. I filled out the online survey, have never received any call, email, nothing regarding the poor quality.

I ordered delivery yesterday and went back today for a carry out because it was so good. Let me say that their pizza is awesome and it was on time for both delivery and when I picked it up today. Very clean inside and the young man and the manager was very friendly. My granddaughter has been with me because she’s getting over the flu and she thought she could eat pizza, first I looked at the reviews for Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos and didn’t like what I read. So I chose Marcos, I haven’t ate there except when they first opened, but now they have a regular customer. Thank you for your clean store and great food and exceptional customer service.

Amazing place for fresh pizza. No frozen dough fresh ingredients and amazing staff. All the negative reviews are butt hurt people who are used to cheap pizza. The price is real factor yes they are on higher end but if it was $9 pizza it’s better to head Walmart frozen section and pick one. I guess everyone wants fresh cooked pizza for cheaper than frozen and are butt hurt.

Well what can I say. This place has gone down. The pizza gets here cold cheap on their sausage too. I ordered a large pizza and I swear there was 11 sausage pieces total on the pizza my mistake on not taking a picture to show everyone. The wings semi raw. I’ve been a customer since they opened. Unfortunately I will be cooking a frozen pizza from now on. I don’t understand if it’s a franchise store why others do better pizzas and service than them. Sorry to say but my money will be spent some where else even my neighbors agree with me. Good luck to all the first timers. I will definitely will stop ordering from here nothing changes pizza on cardboard for dinner very disappointed. I also asked for square cut like i allways do.

In 4 years of ordering from this store I’ve never had such an unprofessional service specially, with the manager at this particular store, while me the unsatisfied customer was normally talking the manager kept having an attitude not wanted to help and was even telling me what to do and one not to do when it was things related to her responsibilities not mine, she ended up even hanging up the phone and canceling my order,this was the worst experience of my life. This place has gotten even worse than Domino’s. Completely disappointing…. She even lied about her name and refused to give her corporate office number although I think her name was something like “Suhani”. I believe people like that should not be managing any store. It is just bad business.
