The owner puts a lot of passion, heart and soul into his food. We’ve ordered from here several times and everything is amazing and the Mac and cheese is simply the best I’ve ever had. Best food I’ve had in a long time! Everything was delicious. The tostadas corn tortilla wasn’t just a crunchy base, it has an amazing corn flavor that is it’s own flavor profile equal to the toppings. The Pinchos (chicken skewer) was, I mean, I don’t know what kind of magic they’re using to make chicken taste that good. I don’t remember the last time I had chicken that flavorful. Go get this food! lol

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Their food was beyond amazing and the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. Their ribs and pulled pork beats all the other chain bbq restaurants in the area. Their grilled veggies were amazing and had the perfect grill taste. Their fries have such a unique flavor and a little kick to it.

Got the Orlando Burger Week special, blew us away. Best plantains any of us have ever eaten, the fries were perfectly seasoned. The burger itself was fresh, the burnt ends were heavenly, the dressing was flawless. Definitely a messy burger, which adds to it’s allure. A must visit monthly.

This place is amazing!!! I called to see how late they would be open, and the absolute sweetest person answered the phone. I didn’t have a menu in front of me, so I had no idea what they even serve. She gave me tons of recommendations!! The food was delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. The customer service is hands down the best I’ve encountered in a long time! We got a 1/4 of a rack of ribs, a huge plate of jalapeño Mac and cheese, and 6 tacos for $22!!!

Finding a good BBQ spot in Florida might be one of the hardest things I have done but I have definitely found it at Maya Rosa. A common problem I find is small portions for bbq spots, but Maya Rosa’s portions were perfect. There 1/4 ib of Ribs and two sides were more than enough to feel full. The flavors were delicious and the price point is great for everything you get.
