Quite disappointing as it’s not Sizzlewich but Waterbean Coffee. I’ve already been to Waterbean & wanted to try a new place, only to get here & have it not be that. Lol.

I thought this place sounded really interesting when I first heard about it so I was excited to try it. We went for a little bit of a late lunch on Friday.

The restaurant closed down so the only thing in the menu for food is their croissants and bengals. Coffee is great and I personally love the croissantwich!

Unfriendly Service, I wouldn’t go back. Not good options for food and takes long.

Cute place was out stop for breakfast to go before hitting the road. Sizzle which is inside waterbean. Food was delicious got the morning sunshine croissant.

Super cute place. The lemongrass bahn mi sandwich was flavorful, although the bulgogi was lacking. The macaroons were good, too. Staff was friendly.

Sizzlewich no longer exists. The items from that menu aren’t available except the croissants which are what you would expect them to be. The macrons are shipped in and a bit more dense and chewy than I prefer them but they are quite flavorful. The white mocha was very sweet, so much so that, for personal preference, I “watered it down” with the coffee I usually make at home. The blueberry muffin was good and had a hint of cinnamon. Tasted like carrot muffin batter with blueberries. Dunno if that was intentional but it works!

Unfortunately the Sizzlewich portion of the company no longer operates in the location, but I was able to order a breakfast sandwich from the Waterbean Coffee menu.

I stop in for coffee or espresso once or twice a week since I work nearby. I like supposing local businesses over Starbucks whenever I can. The coffee is good, and the breakfast sandwiches are so soft and delicious. I also like the muffins they get in, especially the chocolate ones.
