A terrible experience, two Cobb salads. About a half a bowl full of salad in each for 21.+. Not only have you done away with just about all salad dressing you have now done away with the salad. I wont bother coming back.

Zaxby’s food as always is good at this location. Two stars is for their poor customer service. I just left the drive thru. Felt rushed while deciding sauce flavor for wings. After I choose, find out I’m rushed after being told only 8wings are available…unless I want to wait. Which I would have if it weren’t for the poor customer service. Other than that, the food is good.

Long wait times and I was not given my bread with my zax box, the fries were cold and chicken had been sitting, you could tell it just wasn’t fresh. Tried to call restaurant to advise but no answer.

While the food is usually pretty good, this is by far the slowest Zaxbys in the state of Kentucky. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Just sad that they have no sense of urgency when the line is backed up.
