I placed a mobile order and received the notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that they never received my order. I showed the manager the order on my phone. He told me to just reorder. He also assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for the order unless he hits “confirmed” at the end of the night. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. The charge is on my statement and no one from corporate has responded to my requests for a refund.

We have visited 3 different TacoBell locations over the past 45-60 days and the nachos have had this horrible rancid taste. This last visit at this location actually made me sick. Will not be eat from there again.

Well changed that review!!!! As I said in previous review. I work EMS on the night shift from 5pm to 7 am. After midnight there are not many places to get something to eat. I have been stopping by this Taco Bell, and they have bent over backwards to help use because we drive the EMS unit thru the drive thru. But one 7/2/23 @ 2am I stopped by to get a crunchy wrap. This time they told they can’t help me through the door this time. I had to go through the drive thru. Which the Ambulance doesn’t fit. So I could get anything to eat. I had to work the rest of my shift hungry saving lives. I will not eat taco bell ever again.

The only Taco that will say “you need to order the Quesarito on the app it will not let us ring it up” but the one on bonnabel does it and by clear view even does and and in Elmwood. They are just lazy and are always out of Baja Mountain Dew or it tastes like blue water (no sugar)

The manager was nice. The kitchen is slllloooooooowwwwww as always with Taco Bell. The grilled steak burrito is nonsense. The chalupa was cold. The dorito Supreme tacos were excellent. Menu needs to be updated. Why are old specials still displayed?

Drive through lady was def having a bad day, kinda yelled at us then ignored us when asked a question at the window. Got my grilled cheese burrito out and it literally just had sprinkled cheese on it that fell off as soon as the wrapper was open. Unpleasant
