This was our first time here and the First Lady who helped us with our order was so friendly and even helped us move some tables together so our kiddos and us could all sit together. The food was amazing!! The bathroom door was broke and you have to ask for help to get out of which I wasn’t a big fan of.

We traveled to Sioux Falls from the liberal dumpster fire of purgatory called Minnesota. While in town for a basketball tournament, we wanted to try a new place. We walked in at 5 PM on a Friday. A nice gentleman open the front door for us and an even nicer hostess got us seated. People in SD are so nice! Our server was Taran, very personable and warm. Our appetizers were speedy fast and so were our entrees. Burgers and sandwiches were top notch and my daughters salad was tasty and fresh. We told Taran we were thinking about moving to SD so he told us all the great things about living here. And if we weren’t impressed already, the icing on the cake (at least for my husband) was the LED screens in front of each urinal in the men’s restroom. We will definitely go back!!!

Tried this place for the first time today and had a great lunch! We both got the cajun chicken tender basket and fries. The portions were a good size and the tenders had just the right amount of kick to them. The food was hot and fresh, and the experience was enjoyable. We can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Tried this place not knowing what to expect and was blown away, been there a few times now and decided it’s now time to do an official review. Moat places that you go to, you get the standard welcome, menus looks good and food and service is good. Kravins is an exception. Very freindly welcome when coming in. Menu looks fake, pics or food are so detailed and colorful. Service is above and beyond. Now the food. WOW, WOW, WOW unbelievable how it looks and tastes. So flavorful. I’ve tried a little of everything now and this is definitely on my have to stop by places when I’m around.

Drove from Shreveport to Monroe on July 22, 2023 just to try them. Their dining room was under construction and we couldn’t eat inside. So, we didn’t order anything (didn’t want to eat outside). We were so disappointed. A wasted trip.

This mess is not a combo. Cut a fillet in half. The bacon cheddar fries are to the paper because you microwaved it on the paper. This is disgusting and I would have been ashamed to send this out. The person that prepared this would not have eaten it if it was served to them. Thank you for wasting my hard earned money. I also ordered a Salas. The tomatoes were mush.
