Worst service and pizza establishment that we have been to on the Space Coast. First time we went, I phoned in an order to pick up a pizza, was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes, & upon arrival the pizza hadn’t even been made to put in the oven; I requested a refund and was provided a refund promptly. Also, there were two young children “working” as servers, neither of whom had their hair pulled back and one was in flip flops–both of which are against food service regulations. I’m curious if anyone they served had hair in their food or drinks…

Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious – pizza, pasta dishes, soup, you name it. This is authentic Italian food without a pretentious atmosphere. The staff is very laid back and makes you feel welcome.

Words cannot describe the super fantastic food, service and friendly wait staff. I had the Italian Stromboli, small size. Wow, the crispy sheel, the delicious cheese, the meat… oh the meat. Can’t say enough about this place. I had been there a while back for pizza and it was good then. It’s a bit far from where I’m at now, but I met some old friends and we decided to stop by, we were all happy with the price, the food and the portion size. Definitely will be making the trek back. Thanks Ms. Ally, it was the bomb dignity. PS a small will feed 2 and my buddy got the large, man 3 days later he’s got leftovers.

Stopped in to have pizza and met the owner – who at the time was an older man who’d bought the business after selling his longtime NY pizza business, had semi-retired, and then eventually moved to FL. Pizzas and garlic knots ordered during that visit were great! Owner even brought us a dish of zeppolis which were also great! We even recommended NY Pizza to people after our experience (regrettably…).

Lombardi’s New York Pizza is a great little pizza restaurant. We stopped in to get my wife a slice and she was very happy. I can’t remember what they called it but it was an everything/supreme slice and it had a ton of toppings.

This is my second time here in a week. Why? Because it’s fantastic food, and as is stated in Disney’s Ratatouille film, “I love food, and if I don’t love it, I spit it out!”…maybe not an exact quote, but you get the point. I’ve had both the Shrimp Parmigiano and Scampi, both of which were fantastic. The rest of the family loved the GF pizza, regular pizza, and Stromboli. All yummy… and everyone is friendly. Definitely check this place out.

I am writing this to say thank you! Thank you to all the amazing staff you have! I ordered food on the way from my daughter’s school, as a take out, but wondering if she can eat there. She was already HANGRY, and we only had 30min before her after school activities… by the time I got there (15min) her table was set, and she immediately started eating. They even brought me an extra plate to share with her and a butter roll (delicious by the way!). In 5 min her pasta was ready and it was excellent! I will forever be coming back, good food and great service. Thank you again!!!

We ordered from New York Pizza & Pasta today for the first time and it won’t be our last. We ordered and paid for delivery online. We received a confirmation email that included a PDF of our receipt. It arrived much faster than expected. We had The Works pizza, 1lb hot wings (9 wings), half dozen garlic knots and a side of sauce, spaghetti and meatballs with sausage which came with a nice size salad and three big garlic knots. The flavor for everything was delicious. Looking forward to trying out other items on the menu soon. So happy to finally have a pizza joint with good tasting food that also delivers.

Food is so bad. The pizza has always been way too thin. Always undercooked. Asked for light cheese and I got tons of cheese. Can’t get salad with dressing on the side that’s ridiculous. The owner just talks and talks and talks about her personal business. Unprofessional. The canoli is way too thin and melted immediately. No chocolate chips in it. Some nasty chocolate drizzle. That’s not a canoli. Just bad. Get someone who knows how to actually cook. Maybe not use frozen meats for meatballs and gyros and steak or pizza toppings. We can taste it. Prices outweigh quality apparently. Maybe stick to your tanning bed instead if running a restaurant.

Went to have pizza this morning, arrived at the facility at 11 o’clock. Took my seat and waited 25 minutes and no one approached us to take our order. When I questioned Cook he told me that he did not know what time the waitress would be coming in. He did not offer to take my order or provide me with any assistance. During this time, approximately 12 people entered and left the building due to no service. If this establishment wants to stay, open management needs to get involved to correct these issues.
