We hired Chicas Birria to bring their truck to our office downtown for a Taco Tuesday. We couldn’t be happier with their service! First of all, Maria was amazing to deal with. Not only was she great at communicating, but she allowed me to book last minute without any trouble! They arrived 30 minutes early to set up the truck, and handled our 80+ employees like it was nothing. Everyone loved their birria, both the pork and chicken were delicious. And the drinks! Delicious.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and go visit their truck Friday-Sunday off Buford Highway. The birria, the consomé, all of it is so good. Between my family, we’ve tried everything on the menu and haven’t had anything we didn’t enjoy (I personally love the burrito.) I would normally share pictures but we always dive in before I remember. Maybe next time.

i was introduced to Chicas Birria by a friend over a year ago. i was hooked from the first time i tried it. i bought one order of the quesatacos and ate it nearby with my friend and i decided i needed more and went back for another order. for months, i’ve been religiously going back each weekend with my s/o to get tacos because no other birria tacos are as good as theirs. as their business grows, the quality of the food only increases. Chicas Birria is ran by such lovely people, and even though they are not always punctual, it’s always worth the wait. i will always keep coming back!

The 3 quesatacos i got looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The beef was salty, rubbery as well as the corn tortillas. Hardly any cheese, cilantro or onions! One of them had almost had any cheese and no onions and cilantro! Beyond disappointed, I could’ve done it better ♀️$13 for 3 tacos you better come correct
