If you want expensive Taco Bell, this is your place. The crispy tacos honestly were an embarrassment, extremely dry and presentation was awful. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and only got one drink refill from our waitress, had to get the manager to get our 2nd waters. Also it was 78° in there, seriously, the whole entire restaurant would smoke up every time someone got their fajitas. Everyone would be coughing, choking, sweating. Thank god someone at our table had a portable fan, we passed it around desperately the hours we were there. I won’t ever be going back. Queso was 10/10 though.

The waitress accidently dropped our food bringing it to our table which was no big deal. We were patient. The manager came over to offer us a drink on the house for the inconvenience. We waited an hour and a half before we asked to take our food to-go. That is not rushing the food out like we were told. Just nachos and quesadillas. We’re not taking 5 star restaurant menu items. We paid full price for the meal, and we go up to our room to have no plastic wear or napkins in the bag. The manager never offered to cover the bill. The cook came out to apologize for the issue which is weird. It was a complete waste of time and money. Definitely not their best night. Stick to Vic’s or Saltgrass. Top notch service.

First off, Ashley is a great server! She was very friendly, had a natural table presence and made very helpful suggestions. She made our experience amazing. Second, we wanted to let the manager know how good or service was. Kendal approached our table (without knowing if we were going to complain) with eagerness and a smile. He was very sincere, cordial and professional. Third, the food and drinks were amazing. My girl friend had the Redfish Del Mar, which she loved and I had the Mariscos Cozumel. It was awesome! There were no survivors. Try the Barrel-Aged Hibiscus Margarita! To Ashley, Kendal the bar tenders and the cooking staff…Kudos! You guys are awesome!

1st experience, decent, caught a good game, average service. 2nd time, neglected by waitress didn’t even get opportunity to order waited 30-40 mins and left. 3rd time, waited qpprox 10-15 min, approached manager at the time he was nice qnd understanding, yet still forgot details of simple things like water, ranch and fresh fries while having at least 8 waitresses on hand and about 7 tables full out 11 so not full capacity. What can I say. Dissapointed, dissatisfied and definitely won’t recommend.

Average Mexican food over priced but decent if you’re hungry. Ordered Cancun enchiladas it was blah but nachos were good. Sweet tea was not sweet and was just unsweet. Tacos Al carbon was good. But not one dish that was life changing or would order again this place just capitalizes on the hotel and not wanting to drive. I should of none it was the only place with a 15 minute wait all the other places had 30 min plus such a disappointment and waste of money. Taco Bell would of been a better choice

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Cadillac restaurant in lake Charles at Golden Nugget.. My husband ordered a Cadillac burrito as he was eating he noticed a piece of hair in it, he called the manager Leanne over very rudely she yelled comps, or money back. Instead of stating I’m sorry for the inconvenience let me make you another plate. This lady Leanne had the audacity to go back and forth with a patron due to their lack of competency in the kitchen, upset with the guest because we found hair in our food. Then proceeded to say to me I’m blowing it out of portion. Excuse me he found a long piece of hair in his birthday meal. The NERVES! . She was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills! When you have customers patronizing a restaurant and spending money I expect better customer service. I’m requesting someone look into this matter. This was a horrible experience on my husband birthday in the presence of our 12 guest we invited to dinner. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

The Cadillac margarita was watery, definitely could not taste any grand mariner in it. The frozen sangria tasted like it was made with a cheap mix. I couldn’t even drink it. The fajitas (combo) had no flavor and were quite sad looking. The waitress was very nice. But, not worth the food.
