Something is obviously not working right at this location. Compared to the huge streams of cars that go to the area McDonald’s restaurants, it seems like barely anyone eats at this BK. There are quality problems here, but I think the biggest problem is speed of service. Even when no one else is here, you could be in for a long wait.

We went through the drive thru when there was not a car in the line and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium drinks because we had a coupon for it and told the lady over the intercom we had one. She totally disregarded that fact we had a coupon and more than once asked if we were ordering smalls of everything. Once we got to the window we presented the coupon to a man along with the card to pay. He handed back the coupon and told us to next time say we had one when we are ordering (which I did) and swiped our card without asking if we still wanted the order. He said after we paid that he would have had to cancel the order and redo it with the coupon, which would have been what we wanted, but he did not give us that option since he swiped the card already. We are not people to verbally express our frustration, but we were pretty unhappy about the transaction since the coupon would have saved us almost $10.
