When they do it right its good flavorful. It has been about 4 to 5 moths since our last time we ordered from there, but i remembered we had it delivered and it was burnt. crust and underneath was solid black. So we order online at home or with the app (if we are out and about). set for pick up so it can be inspected. wish they would do stuffed crust.

Young guy working in the store was nice. Pizza was not great. Ordered extra cheese, paid for it, didn’t get it. Dough was flat, nothing like the normal papa Johns. I have eaten at a lot of Papas and love it. Not this store

Cleveland took over and made inconvenient changes for the customers.Then they lost a great manager and service quality has dropped. I was lied to by an employee, and they no longer go out of their way for their customers. :-/ They did however have great deals and always had the order correct.
