I was there right at 5am this morning like i typically am. I have never had such a horrible experience. The oven wasn’t ready so I couldn’t order warm food and she added so much creamer in my cappuccino that it tastes like cold milk. Utterly disgusted with my service this morning. I think I’ll start taking my business to Starbucks.

I come here every day on my breaks (5:30-close on weekends) and the staff at these hours is the absolute friendliest and best I’ve encountered, it’s the same three almost every time I’m here and it’s so enjoyable, great atmosphere and food and crew! I loved talking to the staff and they were so clean and fast with service for me and others that came in! I just had to ask for their names; Tyler, Liv, and Amara!

We stopped at this Dunkin’ on our way up North. It is easy to find and access from the freeway. My vegan daughter had the avocado toast topped with tomatoes and a side of hashbrowns. She also got a coffee with oatmilk. Everything looked great, and she definitely enjoyed the flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful. For my part, it was a creme filled powdered bismark. Holy darn jeepers that was dangerously delectable. On our next trip, I’ll remind her about that toast so, I can hit that donut again. Gonna need two though. Get your own!

Stopped through the drive thru at Rib Mountain WI and ordered donut holes and 6 donuts. Got up to the window and paid, got the donut holes and then told the girl forgot to order one donut could I add it on? As she hands me my bag she told me I had to go back thru the drive thru since I had already paid….. even though I was paying cash! By the time I pulled around there were two cars that pulled in front of me and one ordering. This is poor customer service, it’s not like you have to make it fresh you literally ring it up and put it in a bag!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this one was my favorite but this morning I ordered the same drinking always order a large iced latte with the sugar-free toasted almond flavoring and two extra shots of espresso and you can clearly see by the picture that it’s literally just milk today very very very disappointed

Coffee was fine but the supposed GM (rod?) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Completely ignored us, and was wearing sweat pants! All of the other employees were wearing the proper clothing but she was a raging b. I don’t recommend coming to the rib mountain dunkin: take the extra drive and head to weston or bridge.

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Young man working Monday afternoon was exceptionally patient and thorough in explaining different options including the seasonal offerings. Very impressed by his work ethic. The caramel latte was incredible. Much better than anything we’ve ordered anywhere else like Starbucks. The powdered sugar custard donuts are my favorite and they had them so that was a win. We will definitely return to this Rib Mountain location!

This particular Dunkin is one of the most consistently good locations we visit. We travel, alot….and Dunkin gas become notoriously inconsistent. This Rib Mountain location is the exception…perfect every time
