The food at BIBIBOPs is always very good. I like the freshness, taste. quality, and variety of choices. Customers service could definitely be friendlier. Employees often look like they would rather be somewhere else and smiles are not commonly given. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get a seat with the limited and poorly laidout seating. I also don’t like the fact you alway have to wipe down your own table.

I feel like too many of my reviews are for fast food restaurants but I guess that’s the curse of someone who travels for work. Bibibop is like a chipotle for generally Asian food and for a vegetarian like myself, they have a lot more options than most places. I know I can always eat healthy here and it will taste great while not breaking the bank. My kids are terrible meat eaters and agree that Bibibop’s meat options are as good as (better according to them) the vegetarian options. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for something good, fast and healthy. Although, it’s a bowl so probably not the best for eating while driving.
