Firstly, I love Chick-fil-A waffle fries, they’re amazing! For some reason on this visit I accidentally ordered 12 grilled nuggets instead of chicken strips. Huge mistake. They were more like gizzards than nuggets. So messy you needed a fork to eat them (and there was no forks). Dipping sauce? Hope you like ketchup. Ordered some strips to compensate and they were great. Milkshake was also great.

Chickfila at a free standing location is amazing. We’ll don’t expect that in the Galleria Mall. You will be rushed and questioned about asking for sauces. When you order we don’t know the menu, we don’t work there. It may take us a few moments to review what we are going to pay for. I know the gentleman that took my order seemed to be more concerned about getting done as fast as possible as to hold the wall up and be on his cell phone. I have never had this at an actual franchise. Usually I love to go and enjoy meals with friends but next time at the mall it will be the honey chicken.
