The kids loved the play area. But the ice cream machine was not working, the men’s bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. The sitting area was not clean. Tables were dirty and everything just looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. I also think the roof leaks there were wet ceiling tile.

As a McDonald’s shareholder this was a difficult experience for me. I was unable to get anyone to take my order. Staff was not in uniform and waiting headphones and the restaurant was not clean!!! As a citizen of Muskego and loyal McDonald’s customer I respectfuly request change.

They forgot some food and charged incorrectly. Management was excellent at correcting it but the RAW double quarter pounder was not good. Called about it and management told me they don’t know what to do in this situation and ultimately did nothing. Hopefully we don’t get sick

Food was, I mean come on it’s McDonald’s. Honestly, I hate this McDonald’s, between the rude morning staff and a nighttime manager that closes whenever she feels like it. Tonight’s experience was different, AMBER was a saving grace. She was friendly and just all around a pleasure. That being said, when your hours are listed till 11, stay open till then. AMBER YOU RULE!!!! Thanks again!

Honestly, i have had some very poor experiences with McDonalds in the past. This time, the customer service wowed me. Not only did they seem happy to work, they were friendly, on top of their jobs and professional. I’d say this is the best experience i’ve had with fast food. Bravo to the staff that works here, you all deserve a raise! The meal was perfect, nothing missing which includes even condiments and utensils. 5/5 recommend this location. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for the delicious meal and extraordinary customer service!

Nice personnel, horrible food making. Great people, but the food is detestable. Too many chances for them to make quality food. Our food is usually soaked and dripping with nasty grease, not edible. Or, incorrectly configured. Like a mess of things thrown onto some greaseball bun. Gross!
