Unexperience waitress. Normally missing one or two items. Coffee either burnt or too watery. Wait time is extremely long. Location needs to be renovated. Seats have tears. They also have tape to cover the old tears. Horrible smell when you walk in. I don’t understand what’s going on in the bathrooms. They removed the bathroom dividers. Has been like this for more than 3 months.

I’m sorry to say but it was Bad, the food wasn’t good, mostly bad service- we waited a long time to be seated and served. I didn’t get what I ordered… The bananas they used appeared old and were bruised up..The orange juice was very watered down, it was practically orange flavored/colored water. The coffee is bitter and unflavorful. It was not a good experience.

I went there for the last time about three months ago. Not only did we have to wait while to get seated (about 15mins) but also to get the drinks (another 20min). We noticed other people who were seated after us got their drinks first. When we placed the order it was about 11pm. We ordered two different kinds of salad. After about 45min the waitress came by and said it will be another 5 minutes or so because the chef was new and was by himself. We were near the kitchen and can hear some employees yelling inside the kitchen from our table. Another 15mins go by and now a different waiter is approaching our table an while on the phone with his “manager” he says “wait, let me ask her” and he tells me that they ran out of lettuce so I couldn’t get my salad (after waiting over an hour)…he says that I can get something else from the menu and that we won’t have to pay anything. He goes back on the phone and tell his “manager” that we don’t want anything else. We just got up and left and left a bill to pay for the drinks that we had already gotten. I don’t know what happen to the original waitress that told us the food will be out in 5mins. This place needs cleaning and good management. Will never go in here again. I have never seen such a thing.

The food here is okay but, This Denny’s is dirty!!! The bathrooms are disgusting. The smell of the bathrooms are spread through out the restaurant. The waiter was dirty, his uniform was dirty and his appearance was definately far from clean. The empty tables had dirty dishes on it and no one cared to pick them up in about 1 hr I was there. I’ve known this place for years and its hygene always has something to think about but today the dirtiness and hygene was absolutely absent

I’m giving this place one star, because of i need to give it something in order to write a review at all. In my opinion they do not deserve even one star. Like most people that have gone here already know, it is an awful experience. The customer service is horrible, they are always out of most of the items on their menu, and it is always dirty and sticky. All around bad time. Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The place was dirty, I waited over 20 minutes to be seated, for some reason they couldn’t serve soda so I asked for a coffee and it never came. I had to ask the hostess for my coffee decaf, they didn’t have that either, and to top it off they got my order wrong.

Came all the way from Boston. They took forever to bring the food to the table(about 45mins). The food was very cold. The girl seemed to heat up the fries in the microwave because they were soft and 2 mins later got very hard. The customer service is terrible. Staff is slow. The food wasnt that good. I ordered pasta and it was super cold and the hard. Dont waste your money and time coming here.
