The only reason I gave 3 stars is Jeremy was friendly… other than that, the food is never consistent lately. As a last resort anyway I always order the cheesy bread with toppings. Not only did it not look like the original cheesy bread it was also smaller in a bigger box and staff including the manager act as if there wasnt anything they could do. I rather travel to a different location to get what I pay for if I choose to spend money at Little Caesars.

IT’S ALWAYS SUMTHIN
Have never had good customer service inside this place. I started to order off of the pizza portal hoping to not have to deal with anyone anymore and for some reason they never place my order inside the portal even though I know it works bc there will be other orders inside of it. So for example when I went today and had to pick it up from them (the cashier and another employee) they both act like they can’t understand what I’m saying so I have to show them my phone with the order number on it and they still look at me as if I’m crazy and they don’t understand till I keep persistent and keep repeating myself until all of a sudden they just understand and get my pizza and hand it to me and I say thank you and they just look at me like I’m stupid, not even a nod back or anything. Very rude. Wished my kid didn’t want pizza every once in a while and it’s convenient or else I wouldn’t come here at all.

On Tuesday 04/26/2022, I ordered 2 pizzas on the app. One pizza (pictured below suppose to be a bestest cheese) had almost no cheese and cut all raggedy. The other pizza was not fully cooked. It was a short black kid working along with a bigger black female. I was just upset that I paid $14 for this when they should be taking their time and making our food right. The woman seems to always be proactive but the man was being weird when I was typing my code into the portal and the woman had to get him straight.

Only a comedian would say their pizza is half-cooked. I doubt any of the employees have operated an oven in their entire lives. I waited 10 minutes for this which doesn’t sound so bad but this is the ONLY little caesars I’ve been to that doesn’t have their beat selling pizza (large pepperoni) served Hot And Ready. How did they mess up BOTH promises for the item? I was the only customer in there too (I can see why). Did I mention they also charge more than nearby restaurants of the same franchise? This is the least professional staff I have interacted with bar none. I have to imagine the 5 star reviews for this location are all fake, just for my own sanity. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat unless you want to prank your friends and invite them here to ruin their day.

Ordered large pizza and italian bread with sauce to be picked. Granddaughter was in uber and stopped to pick up order.she was told they were out of Madera sauce. When she got home there was no sauce on pizza. Called and they said they were out of sauce.asked to speak to supervisor. Person said she was not there. Why did you sell pizza if you knew there was no sauce on pizza

I really didn’t want to give them the 1 star, however I had to in order to leave a review. First off the store environment is AWFUL!!! They have these young kids running these establishments, No Professionalism at all. The kinds of music they play should not be tolerated in ANY business. Anyway. I ordered Italian Cheese bread and received a hunk of raw dough with melted cheese on the top. This is why I drive way to Red Oak, Grand Prairie, or Arlington.
