It’s my first time visiting this mall so I was stunned to see a Kickin’ Crab here. The mall was super packed and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the 1lb of shrimp (medium kickin style shrimp). The downside is that they don’t have all the full flavors; however, it’s understandable because this is an express pop up. The employees were efficient and nice. The area looks clean and well put. Keep up the great work!

I’ve had their food before and it was good at that time so I decided to get more. I’m so disappointed! I spent almost $200 and the shrimp were so overcooked that it was hard to peel the shells off. The meat of the shrimp was coming off with the shell. My family and I couldn’t even enjoy the meal. The crab legs were ok but the flavor of the sauce wasn’t even as expected. We had the seafood in the bag… For the place to have been a little busy at the time I would’ve expected the food to be better. I don’t know if the shrimp were re cooked or overcooked but either way I felt like I wasted my money! We also ordered headless shrimp and received them with the head on. I surely hope I was not charged the extra fee for headless because the receipt only says “shrimp” doesn’t indicate if it’s headless or not. It costs more for headless shrimp! I’m PROBABLY not going back here again.

The food does not match what is advertised in the pictures. I got the Fried Fish Tacos and the pieces of fish were super tiny. I returned it with no refund given. They only offered to fry another piece of fish! Do not waste your money!

I brought a shrimp and fries meal from this place today the girl that took my order was awesome yet when I bit into my shrimp it had a spoiled smell to the shrimp. After returning back to the cashier who was absolutely helpful. I explained that the shrimp smelled spoiled and I would like to receive my money back for the shrimp and just keep my fries. Well, the lady cook in the back caught an attitude when the cashier went to the back to explain about the spoiled fried shrimp. The lady cooks automatically wasn’t trying to be helpful yet the male cook came from the back and try to help. I did not receive my money back and I had to take $15 worth of fries and corn because I was too scared to eat any other seafood from them.

Got the fried shrimp and fries. The cashier mentioned the Cajun seasoning was spicy but I said that be fine. For $12 you get 6 shrimp and fries. The worst ever. The seasoning was sweet and it over powered the whole meal. Way way too much seasoning I had to remove the coating from the shrimp and tossed out the fries.

I ate here a couple weeks ago. I ordered the fried shrimp and French fries. Let’s just say the picture did not do justice for what I got when my food was done. The French fries are shoestring French fries. I can’t stand those. And not too mention the Cajun seasonings was horrible. I’ll think twice about eating here. On top of that. I was given any condiments or napkins. They need to give better portions and get rid of those shoestring French fries.

Food is good but the customer service needs to improve. Girl that was working there today didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order but another customer comes after me and the girl behind the counter takes her order instead. I spoke up and said I was there waiting first, but the girl behind the counter just continued to take the order of the customer that came after me. Teach the people you hire about customer service. I’ve worked in customer service and that girl could use some training.

The food is good. The service sucked and the boys behind the counter were not professional or helpful. We needed napkins and they told us they could only give us one at a time. Also, they are in the food court so it isn’t functional to eat this food in that environment. Take the time and go to the restaurant for a complete experience.
