Poor customer service! Spoke to some guy last week when i did an order of wings and pizzas. The wings we’re supposed to be buffalo flavored sauced and when I received them they were dry with no sauce. Called them and they mentioned they would issue a refund and it would take a business day. Fast forward it been a week and I still haven’t received any refund spoke to some guy saying that the GM has to issue the refund. Waited for the GM and then the Gm said he couldn’t issue no refund since there’s no history that I called?! GM was basically calling me a liar and didn’t want to issue me a refund I told him to call the guy who worked that night since it was an 80 dollar order that they messed up. GM said he won’t issue any refund and will talk to the guy and hung up! Unacceptable from there end! Poor customer service! This Pizza Hut will steal your money and won’t refund your money!

I ordered 2 pizzas, 4 sodas, a desert, and a 6 piece wings. When food got here all was good except there was only 5 wings. When I called the store and explained this, the employee only said the door dasher must of ate one. No understanding or offering to resolve. I don’t understand if I ordered delivery from the store they blamed a third party. So disappointed and not going to order from that location again.

Picked up a large supreme pizza tonight & it was terrible. They put the cheese down first, then marinara then the toppings. Because it was in that order the cheese didn’t melt & I tried to pick up a slice all the toppings & marinara just slipped off. Told them about it & they said they can give me $5 store credit. Are you serious? What am I gonna do with that? Buy a 2 liter? Smh ♂️

Food was good i did a pick up order. And lost track of try pizza was done and put in the warmer it was not really that hot even in the warmer but that was my fault for being 15 min late to pick it up. But it was still good. I got the personal pan pepperoni . I will return again. Thank u

The pizza was great that’s why giving 2 stars. Customer service was pathetic. However we ordered a pizza with clean cut half pepperoni on one side. They added one piece of pepperoni on one more slice. When I talked to the person he was SUPER RUDE. Didn’t even care to say sorry. Literally told if you don’t want it – I’ll take it back and go to the other Pizza Hut store down the lane. He also was telling me that I should’ve ordered 2 pizza instead of one. Who are you to tell me how many I should be buying ? Really bad service. He told me he will give me credit and I haven’t seen anything yet.

I had a pizza delivered to me tonight and the delivery time was 8:39 pm and didn’t arrive until a few min before 9 pm. When it did arrive it was cold and had to reheat it. I just paid $35 to reheat my pizza that I was expecting to be hot?!? Dammm I am only .9 miles away from the location then when I called 5 times back to back the call was disconnected each time. Very unsatisfied all the way around. Definitely won’t order from this location again and maybe not even a Pizza Hut period!!!

I never received the delivery. I tried calling the store but no one ever answered- twice they picked up and hung up. I text messaged and called the Door Dash delivery driver through door dash app but they never picked up or answered my call or messages. On the delivery instructions I said to text me and put my cell# but they never text me. My order showed delivered 1 hour after it was supposed to be delivered but I didn’t get the delivery. I called the 1-800 number for complaints on Pizza Huts web site but the phone number was disconnected. No way to complain or get even get my money back.

used to give this place five stars but after today nope. I ordered some pizza from here an I said in the instructions I’ll meet him on the south side of the building to help THEM out so they didn’t have to find my appt Mine you I live like 3 blocks away. So it went out for delivery. Then I went to the Southside of the building he drove right by me. So I called like 10 min later asking what’s up they said I wasn’t there then the delivery guy called me. Saying its not a real adress then the delivery guy got piss because I was getting heated. Then started causing at me an telling me never to order here agin. I’ve been coming here for years never been treated this bad. I just hope they cancel my order
