Egg & cheese wrap was so cold I spit it out, my free lemon loaf wasn’t given to me (mobile order pick up at drive thru) nor was I told they were out (after sitting in the driveway at least 15min after ordering) until I turned around to be refunded for the wrap, to then get back in my vehicle, tried my latte which wasn’t hot & the lid not being on, or cheap, caused that to spill out in my vehicle, down my hand, & on my blouse. Not the least bit of sincerity with an apology was offered. The lack of customer service/quality checks of whats being sold to paying, loyal customers at that, is sickening & disappointing. This is an embarrassment for the community & the company as a whole.

On September 1st 2023 around 6 Pm I want dunkin donut to get a donut and coffee and I was going to pay for my donut and coffee in cash but I decided to do a mobile onder so my points can build up and then I decided to sit down in dunkin donut to do my mobile order on my phone and then I over hear dunkin donut worker said why Is he siting down and I nicely told them I’m doing a mobile onder and I show them my phone and I told them everything is on the dunkin donut Camara and them after I did the mobile onder the dunkin donut nicely give me my coffee and donut. see if we are spending our money we suppose to do a mobile onder even if we use the mobile onder on our cellphone inside dunkin donut

The cake doughnuts and the tomato pesto grilled cheese were good enough for us to go back, but the wait time in the drive thru line was frustrating. However the girl at the window was exceptionally nice. We waited over 15 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Don’t go when they are busy.

On a Sunday morning, Labor Day weekend, we stopped in to buy donuts. Several customers were in the lobby waiting. Finally, we were asked if we had a mobile order to pick up. We did not, and wanted to place an order. We were told, all new orders were being taken in the drive- thru line. What?? They said they were understaffed. ☹ So, we got in our car and proceeded to get in line. 20 minutes later, we got our donuts. The entire stop took up 30 minutes which WAY too long!!
