My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Friday at about 8:15pm and were delighted to find a mostly empty, very tidy, fully stocked, and well cooled lobby. We were greeted by a friendly team member who promptly took our order. Our order was ready for dine-in approximately 7 minutes later and was piping hot, fresh, as ordered, and well presented. The onion rings were just perfect – hot, crispy but not overcooked, and not excessively greasy or soggy. Our entire order was clearly fresh (including the produce on our burgers) and made to order. We’ll be back next time the mood strikes for a whopper, onion rings, and chicken fries, all better than expected.

Always nice folks working the drive through. Love BKs Sausage Croisanwich and the original chicken sandwich. I usually use their coupons and I know if I want something “special” order, like insisting it’s “fresh” I don’t act rude and self important and hold up the drive through line. I go inside.

Today on June 11th, 2022 at 12:10 pm I entered the Burger King drive through. I’m a big person on customer service I have managed fast food for three years and now work for the largest health center nationally . I asked the woman in drive through if we can have our food fresh! She stated, “ you will have to wait 40 minutes because we have to go look for the food and make it fresh. Not only did you lose customers by pushing them away to go somewhere else I asked myself is that true? I compared it to another Burger King with the manager and she simply stated it’s a health code violation if you guys are not serving fresh food what are you serving our customers. When I come to this Burger King the food is always old I feel so intimidated to order due to the lack of service I will be reaching out to the health department because not only is a health code violation you guys would not do this to a mystery shopper either so why not conduct excellent customer service if not you should not being working with customers.

Who would ever have thought Burger King would serve a better quality than Mc D’s? Not me. But, I needed a quick bite- opted for BK, and wow- their whopper is still the size of an original whopper and Onion rings still like 20+ years ago. McD’s bigmacs are slowly shrinking- pretty soon they will be sliders, and meat is so thin.

I don’t do fast food often but I felt like a burger and didn’t want McDonald’s. Tried a couple whopper Jr. at burger king and they were great….fresh, hot and tasty. Size and price were perfect.

Friendly staff member greeted me as I entered. Service was not so overly friendly, but was efficient & quick. Food was good. Gotta check out the giant fan over the ordering area – pay special attention to the brand name in the fan: “B.A.”
