Every Friday, I make it a tradition to eat at the Guymon Pizza Hut. This Friday I went as usual to have lunch only to find it is locked up. Apparently they no longer do dine-in anymore. Sad. Well they just lost one of their best customers.

Ordered over phone, credit card info given for payment. Pizza delivered, driver asked about payment, was told credit card information was given when ordered. A half hour later, we were called back saying they needed payment. We told them we gave that information, and would not be paying twice. They said they’d be coming back to pick up the pizza. So they came back and picked up what was not consumed. We asked to speak to the manager, and they refused to give us that information. Suspicious for fraud???

Unfortunately, I’m not able to give a zero cause that’s what they should get. Literally, I’ve been waiting 2 hours – no sign of a delivery. They told us it would be 40 minutes. Had I know it was going to be two hours, I would have gone elsewhere. And when we called to check on the order, we were told it was on the way – that was over 30 minutes ago and the restaurant is two miles away!!! Come on man.

Waited 32 min in line for them to pull my pizza out of the Warmer that they set in there when I pulled up. After 30 min they rudely ask for my name. If they would have just gave me my pizza when it was first put in the warmer it would have been okay. This is an asinine location and the workers are extremely rude. What a joke place.

We were met quickly at the pickup window, and our order was ready when the online ordering app said it would be done. Pickup was simple and easy, and a real lifesaver when we needed a fast, delicious meal. All the food was good and hot. Definitely remains one of our favorite locations to order from. I hope they find delivery drivers soon!

They have a bunch of little kids that don’t know how to take a job serious. They literally had me waiting at the drive-through for 20 minutes and watched me the entire time then the young girl came with a smirk on her face and told me that it would be a lot longer because the cook forgot to put part of my order in. This is not the first time I have had this type of problem. Maybe if they put their phones down long enough to do their job they would not have these issues. And the owner will probably send out the standard response without even reading the actual review . Maybe it’s time for a new owner
