A pretty typical fast food restaurant. Staffed by high school aged kids. The lines are usually short and wait time is not outrageous. Their food is sub par but you can’t expect much when its frozen and microwaved. Overall they are not that bad though.

Wow. I used to live DQ cheeseburgers I watched the lady take mine straight out of the microwave and it tasted like it. Remember those chuckwagon burgers you used to get at the gas station? That’s what this tasted like only a lot worse! It sat in the window for almost 10 minutes until I went up and asked for it. Fries were just as bad. Soda was flat. I contemplated throwing the food away but I was hungry. Should have tossed it. It gave me a stomach ache. Total garbage. I see why the place was empty!

Deliberately slow and act like customers are invisible. Very poor customer service from the top down. The shift manager at noon told me after I had waited for over 15 minutes on a small blizzard, that standing by the counter watching them wasn’t going to get it done any quicker. What kind of management training is required by corporate? I found him very irresponsible, and just a total jerk

Waiting 25 mins for chicken basket, my blizzard was already liquidity when i received it at window, asked them to make a new one they declined, then it continued toelt and drizzle all overy car, not worth it!! Also didnt receive napkins or silverware or dipping sauces!

So I ordered a very simple order around 6:50ish told me it would be done at 7:20 went in around 7:40 gave them 20 mins to make sure it was done and completeled. The pickup status had changed to 8:47 p.m The kid at the counter told me that they just dropped the chicken and it would be done in 15-30 mins came back at 8:10p.m and she told me they didnt even start it yet? It had been over an hour since the order was placed and it just seemed like I was waisting my time for something to never get done. I over heard the dude in the back say “well if its not up in the window you need to bother us about it” I worked in the food industry downtown, this is a fast food place it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours for some chicken, a blizzard and a shake! Do better DQ….

Do not go to this dairy queen if you want fast food. We ordered our food. They told us to pull over to one of the bays to wait. Waited for 15 minutes, watched 4 other vehicles get food and we were still waiting. We went back through rhe drive thru and they forgot our order and told us again that we needed to wait to give the people behind us there order….. we told them we were done waiting and that we would like our money back. They told us they couldn’t because there wasn’t a manager….. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating.

We went at night, about a half hour before they close and the man on the intercom was short with us and rude. The ice cream we got had no lids and no carrier, plus one of our items was the wrong thing. Our food melted and spilled as we tried to hold everything, and overall it couldn’t have been a worse experience

Love this Dairy Queen..the owners are super great people and so nice.( The employees are nice as well ) we were in the drive-through and heard the employee tell the couple ahead of us that theirs was paid for by the people in front of them and then when we got to the window they had paid for ours so sweet and unexpected. ( we didn’t have anyone behind us to pay it forward again)… that was such a blessing .( Thank you whoever you were .) I highly recommend this place
